The 50 Townhomes at the Cardiff Terrace Planned Unit Development are located in the western portion of the existing Faculty and Staff Housing area.
Units include two bedroom, three bedroom, and four bedroom homes. They were constructed in 1986. As with all UC Santa Cruz for-sale properties, the land is leased from the university and there are numerous project restrictions embedded in the governing documents.
