The Laureate Court Apartments are conveniently located across from the main entrance to campus (at the corner of Bay and High Streets). They were constructed in 1992.

• Laureate Court Apartments feature both furnished and unfurnished units.
• Furnished and unfurnished unit amenities (PDF 102KB).
• The units are offered on a month-to-month lease basis, for up to a maximum rental period of 3 years (36 months).
• Tenants are expected to pay for their gas/electric, phone and water utilities (PDF 15KB). Garbage fees are included.

Laureate Court is open to eligible employees of the campus. For eligibility details, please see the Housing Access Policy (PDF 799 KB).

13 Laureate Court rental apartments are designated for eligible employees who meet income restrictions as set forth by the City of Santa Cruz. Economic eligibility is verified by the Housing Authority of Santa Cruz County.
